  • Rocky Mtn National Park

    Went up to the RMNP today with Janis' parents - got snowed on a bit, saw a lot of elk and sheep.. had a good day!  Here's a couple of pictures

    Nice blue bird taken with my 500mm lens (HANDHELD) forgot my tripod!  In fact did the waterfall blurring handheld too with a 500mm lens and at 1/30th sec..

  • Beautiful!  We were going to vacation at RMNP this summer but we've decided upon a "staycation" instead.  What kind of lens is the 500mm?  My assistant bought a 50-500 Sigma and brought it to a wedding yesterday...he was shooting from the balcony with that thing...can't wait to see the images he got with that. 

  • Sigma 200-500mm lens - its on a digital so its tech a 350-650mm lens or so..     it takes great photos.. 

    Janis' parents are here Wed last week till Tues ..  so we are doing the tourguide thing..  

    Too bad you couldnt do the RMNP this year - we could get together for dinner or something..
